Qaraya ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Qaraya mobile application (the "Service").

  • User Identifier: a unique user ID provided by Apple or Google upon sign-in
    We do not collect personal information such as name, address, or contact details.

    Qaraya does not use third-party analytics services.

    Qaraya does not display advertisements and does not share data with advertising networks.

    The Service may offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store payment information.
  4. Data Sharing
    We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
  5. Data Retention
    We retain your user ID and related game data only as long as necessary to provide the Service.
  6. Security
    We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
  7. Children’s Privacy
    Qaraya is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
  8. Future Features
    Future versions of Qaraya may include online or multiplayer features. This policy will be updated if data usage changes.

    Qaraya is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service.

    Your account is linked to your Apple ID or Google ID. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
  3. Virtual Systems
    Qaraya includes virtual systems such as QAR, shards, and splinters.
    These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
  4. Purchases
    In-app purchases are optional and handled entirely by the platform (Apple/Google). All purchases are final.
  5. No Gambling
    Qaraya does not include gambling or real-money betting systems.
  6. Availability
    We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
  8. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
  9. Changes
    We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
